The Scottish Hill Rally Club are delighted to announce that The Scottish Summer Hill Rally will take place on 17th and 18th June 2023.

The event will be based at Thirlestane Castle, Lauder in the Scottish Borders. Camping available.

There will be a minimum of 58 stage miles and just 84 road miles over the weekend. The route is compact and all stages are contained within an area between Lauder, Stow and Galashiels.

The terrain is superb hill rally ground and most of it has never been used before.

Vehicles will need to be road legal and mud tyres will be required.

Day 2 of the event ties in with a huge classic car show at Thirlestane Castle. An amazing chance to showcase our exciting sport!

A MSUK permit application is in progress, SR’s soon to be published. Entries open soon!

This will be the most exciting thing to happen in cross country motorsport for a long, long time. Get your accommodation booked, lights and number plates on your racer and look out for further announcements in the coming days.

In the meantime, register here for priority updates and remember to tick the two boxes to allow the club to contact you (GDPR/data protection rules).
